      It&amp;#39;s somewhat interesting that progressives want to recreate medieval towns (no cars, everything can be reached with a short walk), calling them &amp;#34;smart cities&amp;#34; or &amp;#34;15-minute cities&amp;#34;, when on the other hand there are actual medieval towns in Italy selling houses for a dollar and still struggling with population decline.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;It seems as if the concept is nice to look at and to experience for a short holiday, but terrible for everyday life.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;#smart_city #15-minute_city #walkable_city
