This is a crime by itself. And I think it’s just too much power to have if you’re not being honest about it in front of another government organization that supposed to be the check and balance. And you have that level of surveillance and you still can have a scandal like Epstein which involves people from the highest levels of organizations and even after it come out nobody is judged. In this three cases even if you killed someone it doesn’t end up the same in terms of punishment. But the violation of Espionage Act doesn’t look if it is actual public benefit or it was the right thing to do it just look at if the crime happened or not. So in Snowden’s case it doesn’t make sense for him to go to court or something because he never said I didn’t do it. So it’s certain that he will be punished for that.<br/><br/>To be honest I think he is a hero like in a way saying “No” to the ring of power.
