Ideas come from people&#39;s brains, and their art reflects something of how they think. <br/><br/>If, for instance, a beloved author turns out to be an unthinkably evil human monster, then do you really want his ideas and words getting into your head?<br/><br/>With my librarian hat (well, cardigan) on, let me reassure you it really is ok to get rid of some old books.
