Chapter 6 gives an explanation on how to PEACEFULLY move from western democracy to the TDG.

I wrote the fourth edition of the TDG book in 2017. I have new insights since then, so I probably should rewrite it. But this edition is still 85% of where I think it should be.

I spent six years as an active volunteer in a Canadian political party. My conclusion was that this culture is dysfunctional--and that is why we can't find the solutions we need to find.

And somehow, I invented another democracy that addresses all the dysfunction I was seeing. The basic feature is that there are no political parties in the TDG.

If you say "That's impossible," it will only take you 3-4 hours to understand how this TDG works.

Bernie went through an effective line of questioning in the video. I'll just turn this on you:

Rojava is one of several non-conventional systems of governance, operating at the local level: Cecosesola (Venuezuela), Barangay (Philippines), Zapatista (Mexico), and the "provincial" governments of Northwest Territory and Iqaluit (Canada). The Cuban Revolution is a good example of the more likely outcome. Batista was bad. Castro was not as bad. Is this outcome acceptable?

Debating requires presenting points to support your cause and refuting points made by your opponents.

Check out the "spolu." When a spolu is profitable, it pays its corporate taxes. Then it pays investors, employees, customers, and suppliers. It also pays the philanthropies that show the spolu's values.

In other words, the spolu exists to distribute its profits.

RCV would be an improvement. But it will still produce one side or the other getting their mandate with a slim majority. And who gets that slim majority (and gets to write history) often depends on the silliest of happenings during the election campaign.

We need a new way. A really new way.
