So, I jumped in with him, as a developer, my skills where a good addition. He just went mining because of the financials back then. We had a great time and made some (lunch) money with it. When at home mining got less and less profitable we called it a day... he started trading and I went on with life. <br/><br/>Still, after a year or so, bitcoin popped back up on my radar by chance and started to read up on what it actually was and solved. It blew my mind! It made me rethink all I knew and learned about miney and financials.<br/><br/>But it did not stop there, once I figured out what effect fiat has on all other things... food, media, education, politics, war and all other things it touches... I felt unrooted. It took me quite a while to get a new footing. Because of this I made a lot of changes in my life. No tv, no &#34;news&#34; websites, started to make my own bread, healthy food, more independence around the house (garden, firewood, small mortgage and shrinking, etc). Reading a lot more books now... it got me to a point in life where I have a beautiful family, crazy dog and created my oen company that is fully automated.
