If we want to get off fossil fuels, we need reactors turned on, because there is never going to be a country that runs entirely off solar and wind. That would be just asking for shortages during times like droughts, storms, eruptions, and other disasters that would impact solar or wind generation, when the power is needed most. Geothermal is good and reliable too, in places where it's viable, but if you want efficient and clean power, you need nuclear right now.

Which is exactly why they need assistance. Being told 'just use Linux' is not useful, you are right, but being told, "Let me know what is that you use your computer for, and I can help you get set up on a new operating system in just a couple minutes. You don't need to keep struggling with this." That changes things.

So no, if people are complaining, I'm going to assume that they would at least appreciate a solution if it's delivered in the right way. If they don't, well...then it isn't really complaining, is it? It's something else.
