ett litet trix skulle ju vara att sätta på försvinnande meddelanden (sätt till typ 1 dag eller 1 vecka) innan du skickar lösenordet, skicka lösenordet, stänga sen av försvinnande meddelanden igen.

då kommer lösenordet raderas automatiskt och du slipper ha massa omkringspringande lösenord. det är ju annars den stora nackdelen säkerhetsmässigt med notes-to-self, att de annars bara ligger där tills någon kommer över t.ex. din olåsta mobil eller laptop

tldr: based on the best available information i take 1x 1000µg tablet, dissolvable in mouth, twice a week (wed and sat, in my case). i make sure to take it before having had anything else to ensure absorption is optimal / absorption pathways aren't blocked by something else containing a tiny amt of b12
