They fucking ran the 12v line from the battery to the controller in the tailgate by going along the underside of the car, up behind the bumper, under the gasket of the driver side taillight assembly and into the opening in the body that the taillight assembly mounts in. I know about the contents because in a couple rooms, there was no drywall up, just insulation and vapor barrier.<br/><br/>The other thing about these perimeter walls, is that when this portion of basement wall framing was done, the studs were placed every 24”. Most laminate shelving that one might install using shelf standards and brackets generally does not like this and will bend a little as it’s manufactured and weight rated with the understanding that studs are typically placed every 16”.<br/><br/>This is not great for a number of reasons.<br/><br/>I’m contemplating using plastic drywall screw-screw anchors to install additional standards between the properly stud mounted standards just because bending shelves look shit, but then standards every 12” will look maybe a little overkill.
