People should be able to post their stuff wherever and if it contains images, PixelFed should be (and for the most part, is) able to pickup and display that post with those images to their users.

I don't understand trying to coerce others into a specific instance/app on the network

Hey Smalls (npub198w…gme2) is there a way to follow user accounts that are only on Bluesky? It seems to only let us follow bridged accounts, and thus only bridged accounts can follow us back. This makes sense given what we're dealing with having these two protocols, but I'm curious if it's somehow possible to tell my bridged account to follow someone's Bluesky account, or have their Bluesky account follow our bridged accounts which would get copied here?

You know I don't know why I haven't thought to post about this here, but in case you don't know, not only do I play and #stream #Doom2 #gaming content, but I've also recently taken up #ModDevelopment for #HideousDestructor over the last few months.

Originally I just made a simple reskin, but soon after I started working on my own custom HUD mod, and have now found myself on the newly created community organization on #GitHub. Thank you for including me, by the way.

I've been finding myself pulling down mods and updating, fixing, and enhancing them more often than I've played #HDest! If people are interested I'll probably start posting updates here, so keep an eye out!

If I were to remake this series, I'd definitely cut down on the video lengths, probably keep them around 20-30 minutes each instead of 90+.

I wish I had done that to begin with, but I don't want to cut existing videos up and republish them.

Sometimes I wish YouTube would let me update existing videos.
