There’s been a sharp rise in the past decade or so in the number of elderly members of Congress, with nearly a quarter of them now over age 70. (For comparison, in 1980, just 5 percent of congresspeople were over age 70.) Since the average life expectancy in the U.S. is 76, is it any wonder that we are seeing our elected officials decline or even die in office?

Walz allowed a massive new tar sands pipeline to pass through their treaty-protected lands—after explicitly promising he wouldn’t. The $2.6 billion Line 3 pipeline, which officially went online in 2021, was proposed by the Canadian oil company Enbridge in 2014. Its purpose was to replace a much older pipeline, while nearly doubling the volume of carbon-intensive tar sands crude oil being transported from Alberta through Minnesota.

Culturcide: Al-Utol expressed profound sorrow over the loss of Gaza's archaeological and heritage sites. He noted that while he managed to hold back tears over his own home, which was destroyed in an Israeli air raid, the damage to landmarks such as the Great Omari Mosque and Qasr al-Basha, a museum and historical building, was particularly distressing. These sites were subjected to direct Israeli strikes and subsequent destruction by bulldozers.

In the last few days Israel has assassinated leaders in multiple neighboring nations, assassinated multiple journalists, deliberately destroyed a water facility in Gaza during a polio outbreak, and had riots defending the right of IDF soldiers to rape Palestinian prisoners. Clearly the sort of country we should all want to send our sons and daughters to go fight and die for.

In the last 24 hours, there are reports of Israel assassinating the political leader of Hamas on Iranian soil and attempting to kill a Hezbollah leader in Beirut, murdering two children and two women, and wounding scores in the process.
Jill Stein- This escalation by Israel could very well kick off World War 3. United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and the Gaza health ministry discovered the polio virus in sewage that “collects and flows between the tents of the displaced.”
Meanwhile, Israeli rioters were demanding the right to legally rape their prisoners.
The monstrosities of the Netanyahu administration are boundless, and our tax dollars are enabling them all. Yet the silence on this from the Biden/Harris administration is deafening.
That is why we demand the US immediately cut off military aid to Israel, mandate a ceasefire in Gaza, and arrest war criminal Netanyahu before he gets us all killed.
