Champagne yeast will ferment everything in there up to 14%-18% based on my memory. Try a US-05 dry yeast or 1056 liquid yeast. Bread yeast is for bread, yes it will ferment but the flavor sucks

That’s still how it’s separated, but there are several conversations going on at once when you have groups of that size. It’s just the people talking about politics (boomer cunts) that start shouting over everyone because their opinion matter more. Ok, fair enough. I’m basing it solely on my family experiences when a bunch are in the same place.
30+ years ago, that generation argued about sports and brands, i.e Packers vs Bears, Ford vs Chevy. It was shit that didn’t matter and could be squashed with a drink.
When the boomers of family came to the head of table, it turned into the political. It was regurgitated Rush Limbaugh vs union talking points and they wouldn’t let it go.
