that's certainly a topic that has come up, but to the best of my knowledge (which isn't much) we may be trying to get some legal advice about that.
I know there are discussions about this topic going on within GNU, but until legal advice is obtained, we're not really able to make much progress, and we'd probably have to make extremely conservative recommendations.
if you happen to know of any free software-friendly lawyer who would be willing to offer the FSF pro-bono advice, that would be great, I suppose we can always use some growth to our legal pool 😉
