My dad was able to drop around 16 prescriptions since going plant based. He still hustles hard, and fit for his age, but RA made him consider his diet in order to save his liver from all the meds. For me, being clean is keto. I like it for me, I just prefer to keep “science” out of my food if I can; that’s how I say processed 🤣
