I think any dev has a touch of hoarder's mentality wrt domains.
we talk about it often, but DNS is a shitcoin and we will need to figure out some way to supersede it. gpg keys could work, but I think it's still an unanswered question. distributed consensus can happen in a web of trust scheme, but it will require some face to face key signings of key groups to get a connected component going in our wot graph.
