Why does it have to be cursive? Print writing does the job, and is easier to read when it comes time for revision. Or, if it's for taking notes while someone is speaking, why not short-hand? With everything being recorded why write live at all—use the lecture to absorb the broad-picture and the recording as part of study to get the details down, which obviates the advantages of cursive.
