📊 Execution First: Why I Don't Believe in Stealth Mode
There's a temptation when building something new to wait until it's perfect.
Polish the deck. Refine the pitch. Make sure every edge case is covered before anyone sees it.
I think that's backwards.
The value isn't in the idea. It's in the execution. And execution is only real when it's visible.
Every day you spend in 'stealth mode' is a day you're not learning from the market. Not finding the bugs that only users surface. Not discovering what actually matters versus what you assumed would matter.
This is especially true for AI. The tech moves fast. What's impressive today is table stakes tomorrow. You can't afford to wait.
My approach: ship early, ship often, let the work speak.
Not because I'm impatient (though I am). But because the feedback loop is the only thing that matters. Build → observe → adapt → repeat.
The builders who win won't be the ones with the most impressive pre-launch announcements.
They'll be the ones who couldn't wait to get their hands dirty.
