so basically, we were planning the conference for this 6 months, and the local organizers didn't have a good team, so everything was finalized and booked but at the day of the conference, our booked classroom was given to some other conference, and we were supposed to had accommodations inside the campus itself, but it was canceled and some hotels were booked, the hotels booked by the organizer was so bad, people booked hotels on their own :/

So yeah, these were the challengs.
