The only thing that bugs me is they chose to do this now -- after the last election. They were ordered to redraw before the election and didn't do it.

It seems that, for the right, simply ignoring the law is *incredibly* effective. Even when they don't get away with it, they get away with it for so long that it effectively is the same thing.

Perhaps it's time for courts to start applying *very* stiff penalties to those who refuse to comply with the Constitution.
