I don't understand. But I do know this: too many people voted for Trump knowing he could do this but expecting that something would act as a guardrail preventing the most extreme actions.
The 10th Amendment doesn't help you if you are in a red state and relying on a federal programs. Looking at the idiot voters that passed referendums protecting abortion rights while sending Trump back to the WH.
