I've just come to a different conclusion about Sam Harris. I think he is beginning to show the signs of dementia. I don't think he's evil or a grifter, I think he is just getting too deep into a sub-statement and losing his place. He can't remember what he is saying and he comes out and says things like "RFK Jr now looks crazy, right?" when he was still explaining his hypothetical... which he originally meant to say "You DO believe in forced vaccination if the conditions were extreme, let me show you with this thought experiment"... he just never got there because he is starting to show signs of dementia.
