Israelis held massive protests and called a general strike demanding that Netanyahu make a deal with HAMAS to get the hostages back. That is not what I would demand from him. I would demand, rather, that he respect and protect the lives of Palestinian civilians and cease to make war in ways that kill or oppress them.
