I can't remember if you can do it from the iPhone. On windows just right click on the picture, select properties, hit detail tab, look at bottom for remove properties and personal information, scroll down and click boxes for date and time
If you are comfortable with command line maybe use this tool
exiftool -alldates = name.jpg
