Given recent US economic policy the dollar should be collapsing I guess, but if so it's not yet visible in exchange rates other than to gold and other such assets. USD/EUR made a bigger move in 2017 and hit a lower level as recently as 2021. Maybe it's money just starting to come out of T-bonds looking for someplace to go.
