No, it's all sorts of different languages. Damus is written in Swift, Amethyst in Kotlin, Iris and Snort are in TypeScript, Gossip is in Rust. There are also relays written in Rust, TypeScript, and C++. The only thing that really matters is the spec that ties all these different efforts into one, hence my somewhat snarky (but definitely serious) reply, English. The rest is just an implementation detail.
