as someone involved 15 years ago, what strikes me is how similar the narrative was back then.
One thing I remember well was the initiative to culturally align Mozilla with Big Tech (Microsoft, Google, Facebook, …) in order to be attractive on the job market.
It worked but didn't achieve what was hoped for…
