How can I help here with out being a dev?

- tags are broken and there's many apps that no longer appear on their category.
- there's no OS filtering on mobile
- apps should link to their github too

An example of the 1st is that now there's 0 apps on the tools category. Also I don't see Habla or Highlighter on the writing category as I used to.

Tagging/categories used to be on point.

Happy to help and learn along the way. Is nostrapps open source? Maybe it can be a great starting project for me to contribute.
