Well in the framework I know “secondary attraction” means (sexual) attraction that develops over time. I can't say I hear that outside of demisexual circles. Romantic attraction over time definitely, big thing that makes a lot of relationships work. But everybody not demi I talked with found their partner exactly as sexy a year later as at the beginning. Less so if anything but that's often due to romantic attracting waning in the face of not that good partners.
