Anti-censorship means we cannot stop anyone from publishing, as decentralization means anyone can use their own instance of a client and relay and post to there. It doesn't exonerate the hosts or admins from legal liability.
Doxxing someone's personal information has nothing to do with Nostr. You can do that anywhere. It is simply a violation of basic morality and also goes against civil and criminal law in many important jurisdictions, so have fun with that.
