I suppose some time in human history there must have been a benevolent dictator or two who actually helped their people rather than destroyed them.

I'm also sure that even the thought of helping someone rather than screwing them over as completely as possible would put Trump in a seizure if it somehow entered his head. I guess he protects himself from this by not letting any pesky thoughts in at all, then there is no danger of this happening.
