How is it possible to build something so big and extremely expensive and fail so miserably?
We have accumulated so much experience in regards of buoyancy over centuries. No millenniums.
This makes me feel that everyone who knew how to build stuff are from a past generation, mostly dead and buried and now their younger replacements are doomed to fail.
