githubs main advertising point is sharing code and free git on remote server, clueless people who don't want to accept that fact despite the freaking name will likely remain clueless. maybe some projects targeted towards a less tech savvy audience could have a warning saying "this is meant for developers if you are not a developer do not try to use", but that's not going to catch everyone and despite the 5 signs that point to the fact github is meant to share code the guy still made the reddit post. either he is a troll or he is a dunce and even with a giant warning wouldve still complained anyway.
