I believe this should be entirely up to you. Personally, if you make four individual panels and join them in a post, that's much easier for me to read because I'm older than some rocks. But the more important thing to me is do you enjoy what you're doing, and are you doing it in a way that avoids burning you out? Because what format you choose to post it in is far less painful than having you burn out and stop posting!
