I suggest some messaging and tools to encourage users to run tor middle relays - these are easy to deploy, and have no legal pestering risks at all unlike guard and exit relays.
It's good that as the use of Tor proliferates with nostr, we contribute to bandwidth.
I've made it easy to do with my Parmanode (Bitcoin node package) software on Linux (I might enable for Mac next).
The code is in bash and easy to follow.
