I'm no brain on all this yet the notion to impart to you is one I'm remembering of Agentics. Where the person essentially undertakes or follows orders and that, "the essence of obedience consists in the fact that a person comes to view himself as the instrument for carrying out another person's wishes, and he therefore no longer sees himself as responsible for his actions..."
There's other factors at play and Milgram runs through what he thinks in his 1974 book.
If interested follow through and look around at his theory and others around it okay plus crits and arguments against...
'Agentic AI' is itself a thing also. And where the workplace is run or augmented using AI as the underpinning for deligation of human actions/activities; the ordering of information for human use; and basically the running of people who carry out the orders or tasks given by the machine.
