Neither my wife nor I have worked a job since before Christmas.
We were in a car accident the day after Christmas and she was ejected and thrown 20 feet from the truck.
I take care of her day and night.
I make all her food. I manage her meds. I give her sponge baths.
I do all of the house work and yard work.
She can't even get out of bed and to the toilet without my help. I have to wipe her ass.
People say "...in sickness and in health..." but they don't give much thought to what the in sickness part really means.
