I think the Kenya situation warrants studying: they apparently already have 90% so-called renewables, and still see they need something else to get to 100%.
It is also a country where the making of a nuclear industry will be interesting to watch: I think they need to invest and hire aggressively local, to build up involvement and deeper understanding of the people around. And since tourism is already there: include a visitor centre from the start.
