Instapot No Mess sticky rice hack
Place a metal vegetable steamer inside instapot to elevate
a 4 cup Glass bowl on top of it
Pour 1" of water under steamer and bowl
Inside bowl add:
2cups of glutaneous rice rinsed
2cups water
Pressure cook for 13 minutes on high
The rice is cooked inside the glass bowl leaving no clean up and easy storage of left overs!
