It’s so hot I literally feel like my skin is getting peeled off; it’s 49 C (120 F) of pure heat.
I made it a bit later to Friday prayer today, and so I had to pray outside under no shade. In less than 5 minutes, I could not feel my feet, and I was like another 5 minutes away from a heatstroke.
Summer serves as another natural reminder of just how miserable hellfire will be:
“Verily, the most lightly punished of the people of Hellfire on the Day of Resurrection is a man under whose feet are placed two hot coals by which his brain boils.” (Bukhari 6561)
