Unrealized taxed is a genious way to rob your citizens🤪 just keep printing more money so the purchasing power goes down making asset prices go up then collect your 25% and if you do this often enough they won’t have the money liquid to pay the 25% so then they will have to sell the asset to pay the 25% and now you can hit them with a full gains tax🤣🤪🤪🤪
