What about all those UK labourers who went to Europe for work in the '80s as soon as free movement came in- they even made a popular UK TV sitcom about it. Then the Polish & other E. European workers who move to UK when their countries joined the EU (until chased out by Brexit, leaving shortages of skilled workers)
