Maybe one of these days I'll be foolish enough to write a longer post about it, but *wow* did the protocol discourse last month ever leave me still more sour on ATProto than I was before — and that was even before Bsky-the-company went to bat for Kirk.
Obviously, you do you, but I definitely came away from that discourse with the understanding that work on ATProto is, until something substantial changes, concentrating power in corporate hands.
